Salary : £2,300 to £4,150 per month based on experience
Our client is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in airline technology and ancillary systems. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the architecture of Post-Flight platform, integrating it with airline systems such as loyalty CRMs, PSS, NDC, and GDS.
This role requires extensive knowledge of airline processes and the ability to develop adaptive solutions for ancillary fulfilment. As an early member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping an innovative product that will transform the airline industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop our product architecture, focusing on integrations with airline systems and data workflows.
Manage API connections and data flows between airline ancillary and loyalty applications and the platform.
Collaborate with airlines during sales and technical discussions, acting as a technical expert.
Support data-driven initiatives, enabling customer segmentation, personalisation, and targeted marketing.
Optimise product architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Job requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years in an airline technology role (e.g., PSS, NDC, GDS, Offer & Order systems).
In-depth understanding of passenger data structures (e.g., loyalty CRMs, PNRs, EMDs).
Expertise in ancillary offerings, bundling, pricing, and fulfilment processes.
Proven experience with system integration and API design, including creating API documentation.
Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Node.js, SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Preferred:
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
