Our Client is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform for UK property professionals, and paid traffic is a core part of both our internal growth and the wider ecosystem we support.

We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager with proven experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads, ideally with a background in property-related campaigns. This is a remote, part-time role to start, with scope to increase hours as results and workload grow.

Role Overview

You’ll take full ownership of paid ad campaigns, driving high-quality traffic into existing funnels and CRM systems. We’re looking for someone who understands lead generation as part of a complete funnel journey, not just running ads in isolation.

Because property ads have their own nuances, candidates with experience in businesses such as:

  • Property sourcing companies

  • Estate agencies

  • Mortgage brokers

  • Property services

will have an advantage.

Funnels, landing pages, and follow-up systems are already in place. You will be responsible for creating ad creatives, writing and testing ad copy, and optimising campaigns end-to-end to drive performance.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Facebook ad campaigns end-to-end

  • Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (search initially)

  • Create ad creatives using Canva or similar platforms

  • Write, test, and iterate ad copy and messaging angles

  • Create and test audiences, keywords, and ad variations

  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking

  • Optimise campaigns based on cost per lead and booked calls

  • Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ads

  • Provide simple weekly performance updates and insights

Experience We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience running Facebook Ads for lead generation

  • Proven experience running Google Ads for lead generation

  • Prior experience running ads in the property sector

  • Experience creating ad creatives using Canva or similar tools

  • Comfortable writing short-form ad copy and testing messaging angles

  • Experience working with funnels, landing pages, and CRM systems

  • Strong focus on results, not vanity metrics

  • Clear communication and reliable turnaround

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms

  • Experience targeting UK-based property audiences
